Do you deliver all over India?
  • Yes, we deliver to every part of India.
Is shipping free?
  • Prepaid orders: shipping is already included in the price, so there's nothing extra to pay.
  • Cash on Delivery orders: a ₹100 COD charge applies.
How long will my order take to arrive?
  • Orders are delivered within 3–5 working days.
How do I track my order?
  • Once your order ships, we'll share the tracking details with you.
Do you ship outside India?
  • Not yet. We currently deliver only within India.

What payment options are available?
  • Online: UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD).
Is there an extra charge for COD?
  • Yes, COD orders have an additional charge of ₹100.
  • Pay online to avoid it — shipping is already included for prepaid orders.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Can I exchange for a different size?
  • Yes, size exchanges are available on all our ready designs.
  • Contact us within 7 working days of delivery.
  • Personalised or customised T-shirts can't be exchanged for size, since they're made specially for you.
What if my item is damaged or has a quality issue?
  • We'll offer you an exchange or a refund.
  • Contact us within 7 working days of delivery.
How do I request an exchange or refund?
  • Message us on WhatsApp (+91 81291 68396) with your order number.
  • For damage or quality issues, include clear photos of the problem.

What fabric do you use?
  • Premium 240 GSM French terry cotton.
  • Bio-washed and silicon-washed for a soft, smooth feel.
What's the fit like?
  • Relaxed, oversized fit.
  • Check the size chart on each product page for exact measurements before you order.
Do you make personalised T-shirts?
  • Yes. Message us on WhatsApp with your idea and we'll help you create it.
  • Personalised and customised tees can't be exchanged for size.
How should I wash my T-shirt?
  • Turn it inside out and wash in cold water.
  • Avoid ironing directly on the print.
  • This keeps the print and fabric looking fresh for longer.
