Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with ONEPERCENT APPARELS. This policy explains how and when your order will reach you.

Where we deliver

• We deliver to all serviceable pin codes across India.
• We do not ship outside India at the moment.

Delivery time

• Orders are delivered within 3–5 working days.
• Working days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.
• Deliveries to remote areas, or deliveries affected by weather, strikes or courier issues, may take longer. We'll keep you updated if this happens.

Shipping charges

• Prepaid orders (UPI, cards, net banking): shipping is included in the product price. There's nothing extra to pay.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) orders: a COD charge of ₹100 applies. You pay it at delivery along with your order amount.

Order tracking

• Once your order ships, we'll share the tracking details with you.

Address and delivery

• Please make sure your shipping address, pin code and phone number are correct when you order.
• If the courier can't deliver because the address is wrong or nobody is available, they may try again or return the parcel to us. Contact us and we'll help arrange re-delivery.
