• Chest Take the tape around the fullest part of your chest, under the arms, keeping it level and snug — not tight.
• Shoulder Measure across the back, from the edge of one shoulder to the edge of the other.
• Length From the highest point of the shoulder beside the collar, straight down to where you want the tee to end.
• Sleeve From the shoulder seam down along the outside of the arm to the sleeve opening.

Easiest way: lay a tee that fits you well flat on a table and measure it the same way, then compare with the chart.
